So grateful to @__rollmodels for a weekend of the best silly chats, the fastest ever gravel descents and the sweetest company at their 2026 end of season camp out 🌱🚴🏽‍♀️🌏 we all met earlier this year at the start of the mentorship program and it’s been so cool to hang out again, hear about everyone’s summer bikepacking adventures and ride together in the gorgeous Afan Valley (v keen to get riding/ skidding here again soon) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 💖 roll models 4 lyf, get signed up for 2027 if you know what’s good for u xx

Ran a gravel session this morning for the women at the @__rollmodels Afan weekend. Was great to see the confidence build immediate and whilst helping them to develop their off road skills. Well done 🙌

If you’re a beginner MTB rider, or been shredding for a while, you’re all welcome. We ensure there is a group for you, and the focus is social…which means we never leave anyone behind.

These rides aren’t guided so remember your spares, and always wear a helmet please.

See you Saturday outside Pedal Progression from 9am, rides roll out at 9.30am.

A lil recap of @__rollmodels mid-season camp-out - In June I’ve been bikepacking every weekend 🤯 safe to say things have been escalating since @sistersinthewilduk bursary! When I looked ahead at my calendar + I was feeling pretttyy anxious about all the socialising and probable lack of sleep.
.
Being in nature with a load of sweet chilled people who are keen to grow their bikepacking knowledge and build community had me feeling really centred. The feeling of belonging, being in nature + a good dose of silliness really knocked my anxiety on the head!
.
After this trip, I was so ready for @allterre Bristol Rally + had also met some new friends who would be there too 💓 also hung out with some old pals from @tempo_bristol and managed to convince one another/ be convinced by @athlynck to sign up for 650km of @pancelticraceseries which starts on 12th July 🌀☘️🚴🏽‍♀️. Race prep posts to come!!

I’m creating a network of qualified FLINTA professionals working in off-road cycling and adventure.

The goal is to:

🚵 Share work opportunities
🤝 Help organisers find qualified guides and coaches
📣 Promote courses, events, and projects
💡 Connect people for collaboration, mentoring, and support
🌍 Build a stronger, more visible network of FLINTA professionals across the industry

There are some incredible guides and coaches out there, but we’re often working independently and don’t always know who else is operating nearby or in the wider community.

If you hold relevant off-road cycling qualifications and would like to be included in the network, please complete the form in the bio.

Please also share this with other FLINTA guides and coaches who may be interested.

Because another guide doing what you do isn’t your competition, they’re part of the community we’re building together. 😉

Great to meet the Roll Models this evening. A beautiful if sweaty evening meeting new people and talking bike camping.

Super lovely evening catching up with the @__rollmodels crew in the woods. Sharing stories and micro adventure set ups was ace. Enjoyed cycling along the river back too, finally cooling down a bit! #getoutside #diversifyoutdoors
