3 Reasons You’re NOT Getting Faster If you’re doing these three things...you’re slowing yourself down: 1️⃣Poor sprint posture Poor posture leaks force. Every step you take should help propel you forward, not waste energy. 2️⃣Weak glutes Your glutes are one of the most powerful muscles involved in sprinting. They generate hip extension, which is responsible for producing explosive acceleration. 3️⃣Never training explosively Many athletes spend hours lifting weights but rarely move those weights with speed. Strength is important, but power is what transfers to sprinting. Follow for weekly performance tips! #Speed #training #power #faster #reels

73 years young and still raising the bar. 💪✨ A huge shoutout to my incredible client, @cottkaren , who defines what true inspiration looks like. Day after day, she shows up with purpose, chooses herself, and puts in the work to become better than she was yesterday. Age has never been her limitation—her mindset is her superpower. As her coach, I get the privilege of challenging her to grow stronger, move better, and keep proving that it’s never too late to invest in your health. Karen reminds us all that fitness isn’t about a number—it’s about consistency, resilience, and the courage to keep showing up. To everyone chasing their goals, no matter your age or where you’re starting: let Karen’s journey be your reminder that the best time to become your strongest self is today. 🌎🔥 Ready to start your own transformation? My Why Karen works out with me 5 days a week & if she could do 7 she would! She is committed and consistently improving each week! Not to mention she is 73 years young! This is the reason I became a coach was to teach and to improve mindset, skill, fitness, & health. Karen has allowed me to do that with our 3 years together. I can come up and create any workout or exercise and Karen is a fearless as the nickname I gave her (Wildcat)! She makes each session with a positive attitude, always joyful, never complaining, and always wanting perfection! What more could a coach want? This is what we ask for! The perfect client! Thank you @cottkaren for being my client! Thank you for being my why and inspiration to not only women but men as well! #explorepage #gym #fitness #womeninspiringwomen #womenover70

My siblings.. I love them all.! We may talk often or rarely but just wanted to let y’all know I love y’all!! My life wouldn’t be the same if none of you existed. No matter the relationships between families/parents/blood you each individually mean something to me. I want you to win in whatever goals you have in life and I will never talk down or not encourage you to be the best human the most high set you to be. Ya big or lil bro Greg will always be here or a phone call away if you need anything! I’ll die behind any of them if you come at any of them wrong!! Bonds that can’t be broken 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
