Our mission is rooted in community, connection, and ALOHA. At Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice, we hope every guest who walks through our doors feels welcomed, seen, valued, and embraced with genuine ALOHA through both our service and our gourmet desserts.

We are committed to creating more than just shave ice. We are creating an experience. From the moment you enter Ululani’s, our goal is for you to feel the warmth of Hawaiʻi, the spirit of ohana, and the joy that comes from sharing something special together.

Our mission is to provide the BEST shave ice in every city we serve while staying true to the aloha spirit that started it all on Maui. That means high-quality ingredients, handcrafted recipes, exceptional hospitality, and a team that treats every guest like family.

Whether you are visiting for the first time or returning as a longtime customer, we want Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice to be a place where memories are made, smiles are shared, and aloha is felt in every cup.

MAHALO SACRAMENTO! 🌺🤙🏽

We felt the ALOHA all weekend long and are beyond grateful for the warm welcome and incredible support for our newest Ululani’s location in Sacramento! From the long lines to all the smiling faces, every visit, share, and sweet message meant so much to our entire ohana. ❤️🍧

A huge congratulations to our amazing franchise owners Tammy and Jonnie on officially bringing the spirit and flavors of Hawaiʻi to Sacramento! Their hard work, passion, and love for the community made this opening so special, and we couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter. 🌈

Whether you stopped by for your favorite shave ice, tried us for the very first time, or simply came out to support — MAHALO for being part of this unforgettable opening weekend. We can’t wait to continue serving the Sacramento community and sharing a little taste of aloha with all of you! ☀️
