The WHY behind TransFit 💙🤍

TransFit—transformational fitness—was never meant to be just a place to work out. From the very beginning, the vision was to create a space where women could walk through the doors and feel welcomed, known, encouraged, and loved.

Yes, we come together to move our bodies and grow stronger—💪🏼but the true transformation reaches far beyond the workout. It’s found in the friendships formed, the prayers shared, the confidence rebuilt, and the way we continue showing up for one another through every season of life.

At the heart of TransFit is community: women celebrating each other’s victories, carrying one another through the hard days, and reminding each other that our strength comes from God. His presence is the foundation of everything we do.🙌🏻

You are the reason behind TransFit. Your stories, your courage, your consistency, and the way you love and encourage one another are what make this community so special. This is more than fitness. It’s faith, connection, transformation, and becoming stronger—Body. Mind. Spirit.

15 YEARS OF TRANSFIT. ONLY GOD. 💙

Fifteen years ago, God placed a simple calling on my heart: Do what you love—and use it to love and serve others.

At the time, I could never have imagined what He would build from that one step of obedience. I was a wife, a mom, and a CPA who had walked through postpartum depression and discovered how deeply movement, community, and faith could transform a woman’s life. I became a personal trainer because I wanted other women to experience that same strength and hope.

What began as a dream has become so much more than a workout studio.💙

TransFit has become a place where women strengthen their bodies, renew their minds, deepen their faith, and remind one another that we were never meant to do life alone.

Looking through these pictures brings back so many memories—the early classes, different seasons and spaces, growing families, faithful team members, incredible clients, laughter, tears, prayers, breakthroughs, and countless lives transformed.

To every woman who has walked through our doors, trusted us with her journey, invited a friend, encouraged another woman, or prayed for TransFit: thank you. You are the heart of this community.🙌🏻

To our amazing team, thank you for pouring out your gifts and loving our clients so well.🫶

And to Kelly, Kaitlyn, Porter, and Lyla—thank you for believing in this calling, supporting every dream, and sharing so much of me with TransFit throughout these 15 years.

There have been peaks and valleys, victories and challenges, but through every season, God has been faithful. TransFit has never been about me. It has always been about Him and the women He has brought together.

This is a post for the girls 🤍 The ones who have been with me through the thick of it all, through every season, every high and every low. I truly couldn’t have wanted anyone else standing by my side on mine and Cam’s day. Having each of you there meant more to me than I could ever put into words. I’m so incredibly grateful for the memories, the laughter, the love, and the friendship we share. I couldn’t love you girls more, and I’m forever thankful that god gave me you. 🤍

What if we stopped seeing movement as something we have to do and started seeing it as something we get to do?

You don’t HAVE to work out.
You GET to move your body.
You get to breathe, to grow stronger, to show up.

Your body is a gift—strong, capable, and created with purpose. And getting to move it in community? That’s something special!!!

Every year, 🎓graduation season gets me....

When these girls first walked into TransFit, I thought maybe I was supposed to encourage them, mentor them, and help guide them through this season of life…

but the truth is — they’ve changed me for the better❤️.

They’ve taught me about resilience, courage, joy, perseverance, leadership, faith, and how to keep showing up even during hard seasons. I’ve watched them chase dreams, overcome obstacles, grow in confidence, deepen their faith, and become incredible women.

What a gift it has been to have a front row seat to their journey.

To every UGA graduate who has walked through our doors: Thank you for letting us be a small part of your story. You have inspired us more than you know.

I am so proud of each of you — not just because of what you’ve accomplished, but because of the women you are becoming. ✨ Love to all you grads, you will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. Congrats!🎉

This past week, we celebrated the women of TransFit- and what a gift it is to be surrounded by women who show up with strength, faith, and joy every single day!

From challenging workouts to moments of laughter with friends, this week was a reminder that caring for your body goes far beyond the physical. It’s about building confidence, strengthening your mind, and supporting one another along the way.

We are so grateful for each woman who walks through our doors. The faith, encouragement, and energy you bring is what makes this community so special!!
