🪽VALKYRIES FLY HIGH 🪽

This one’s for the track stat nerds 🤓

As we prepare for another indoor season, here are our Top 20 Performances from our 6 year history. Depth! It’s no surprise many of the names appear on all the lists because SPEED creates versatility ⚡️

Whose record are you chasing?

Visit our record board at the link in the bio!

BONUS: how many State Champions can you count? 😏

Our long sprints group trains intentionally to improve our top speed and that’s always the main priority each year. Speed gives confidence. Speed-reserve is the name of the game in long sprinting.

But, long sprinting isn’t as black/white as some would have you believe. This is one day in a dynamic system. Everything in our system works together in harmony to make you faster, grittier, a more intelligent racer, and fearless!

Not scared to do hard things 🥷🥋

Today was all about top speed mechanics and getting stronger.

Nothing flashy, just the work that actually makes you faster. We’re building the foundation now because when it’s time to race, the athletes who have mastered the basics are the ones who come out on top.

Trust the process. Stack good days. The speed will come.

⚡️Registration for our Fall block is still open. Come run fast with us.
