Thankful for @_adam_flynn and @albionscdallas for their commitment to helping every player develop! ⚽️💙

This morning, I met with Coach to review my IDP (Individual Development Plan) and set specific goals to help me continue growing as a player this season.

Grateful for the guidance, encouragement, and challenge to keep improving. Now it’s time to put in the work! 💪

Having an IDP with my coach reminds me how lucky I am to have someone who truly cares about my growth. 💙⚽️ The fact that he takes the time to create a plan specifically for me, help me improve, and push me toward the future I dream of means so much. It’s more than just soccer—it’s about believing in my potential, putting in the work, and becoming the player I know I can be. Grateful for a coach who invests in my future and challenges me to keep getting better! 💪🏼🔥
