Yet here we are ☺️
3 election cycles and 13 years in ‼️

I was actually 17 when I met Debs. From being freshers at Mozambique hall to successful women who continue to love, respect and support each other. And in all the years of being friends with @_adelekedebbie I have NEVER doubted her love, never had a reason to look over my shoulders.

I am a believer of THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT 🦋
The idea that small, seemingly insignificant moments can create massive, unpredictable outcomes.

A brief conversation.
A chance introduction.
A meeting that lasted only minutes.

And suddenly, your life begins to move in a new direction 🪄

I had an option of going to UNILAG but I chose OAU and I met my best friend.

Some of us met people we never intended to meet. We weren’t searching. We weren’t expecting anything. And yet, that single encounter opened doors we didn’t even know existed.

It could be a 5 minute delay and we end up sitting in a bus next to someone who will believe in our dreams
It could be a random conversation in a café that leads to a job, a friendship, or a creative breakthrough.

Most life-altering events don’t announce themselves as “important.”

You discover opportunities you never imagined. You become a version of yourself you hadn’t met yet.

What makes these moments powerful isn’t just the person you meet , it’s the timing.

You meet them when you’re ready to hear the words they say, ready to receive the opportunity they offer,or ready to become who they see in you.

The truth is, we underestimate how connected our lives are.

How one person’s presence can shift another person’s destiny.

How a single meeting can become the turning point of an entire lifetime.

So if you’ve ever wondered whether chance encounters matter, they do. They matter deeply.

Because sometimes, it only takes one unplanned meeting to change everything. And it happened to me.
