Cashville’s R&B Princess 👑💕

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🚨🎤 95% OF ARTISTS DON’T DO PAPERWORK… AND THAT’S WHY SO MANY GET PLAYED! 💰📑🔥

🎶 ARTISTS ARE IN SUCH A RUSH TO CREATE MUSIC, THEY FORGET THE MUSIC BUSINESS!

Everybody wants to be the next superstar! 🌟 Everybody wants to drop a hit, go viral, get booked, and sign a major deal. 💎💵 But here’s the problem… A LOT OF ARTISTS KNOW HOW TO MAKE MUSIC, BUT DON’T KNOW HOW TO PROTECT IT! 🤦🏾‍♂️

🚨 Some artists will spend thousands on studio time, music videos, clothes, and promotion, but won’t spend a dollar making sure their business is handled properly!

❌ No written agreements!

❌ No split sheets!

❌ No publishing knowledge!

❌ No understanding of royalties!

❌ No contracts, just handshakes!

💯 AND THEN YOU WONDER WHY SOMEBODY ELSE IS MAKING MONEY OFF YOUR TALENT!

A producer says, “We good, bro.” 🤝

A manager says, “Trust me, I got you.” 🤝

A friend says, “When we blow up, everybody eating.” 🤝

BUT WHEN THE MONEY STARTS COMING IN, EVERYBODY’S MEMORY GETS SHORT! 💰👀

Let’s be clear! Not everybody around you wants to see you win. Some people want to win OFF YOU! 🎯

Artists, stop confusing friendship with business! Stop giving people access to your music and career without protecting yourself.

🔥 THE MUSIC BUSINESS IS STILL A BUSINESS!

You can have the hottest record in the city and still end up with nothing if you don’t understand ownership, contracts, and royalties.

🚨 HERE’S THE CONTROVERSIAL QUESTION:

ARE ARTISTS REALLY GETTING ROBBED BY THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, OR ARE THEY MAKING IT EASY FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO LEARN THE BUSINESS? 🤔💰

👇🏾 LET’S DEBATE! 🔥🎤

🚨🔥 ARTISTS NEED TO STOP DATING OTHER ARTISTS IN THE SAME CITY! 🎤💔👀

Somebody might get mad at this conversation, but WE GOTTA TALK ABOUT IT! 🗣️💯

The local music scene is already full of egos, jealousy, competition, fake love, and people trying to outshine each other. Now imagine dating somebody who’s chasing the exact same dream as you! 😳🎶

💔 What happens when one artist blows up and the other one doesn’t?

👀 What happens when your girlfriend gets booked for a show and you don’t?

🔥 What happens when your boyfriend starts getting more attention from fans, promoters, and other women?

🎤 And the BIGGEST QUESTION: What happens when y’all break up and still gotta see each other at every showcase, studio session, networking event, and listening party in the city? 😭😂

Now everybody gotta pick sides! DJs, producers, promoters, and even mutual friends get caught in the middle. 🤦🏽‍♂️💯

Sometimes dating inside your own music scene can turn a relationship into a competition instead of a partnership! 💯

I’m not saying two artists can’t genuinely love each other or build an empire together. ❤️💰 But everybody ain’t mature enough to separate LOVE from BUSINESS!

And in a city like Nashville, where the hip-hop community is still growing, the LAST thing we need is personal relationships turning into industry beef! 🎯🔥

🚨 LET’S DEBATE! 🚨

SHOULD ARTISTS DATE OTHER ARTISTS IN THE SAME CITY, OR IS THAT A RECIPE FOR DISASTER? 👀🍿

👇🏽 I WANT BOTH SIDES OF THIS CONVERSATION!
