Let’s make some Immune Boosting Shots

Few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to demonstrate how to make immune boosting ginger shots on @penttvgh with yours truly @sarfoa_asamoah

Immune shot are liquid concretes of herbs, fruits and spices that contains rich amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These elements contributes to boosting our immune system as well as boosting our gut health.

This practice has been a trend on social media for the past months yet many do not know how to make it or the benefits of drinking them.

Kindly use the link 🔗 below to watch the full video https://youtu.be/XQw2osPdLgY?si=y5NEqMmYG6xaDkW4

Thank you and have a nice day.

Did you know that unhealthy eating is a sin to your body and God?

Last week, I met the entire presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Bethlehem congregation sharing insights on the topic “The Christian responsibility of eating healthy?”.
I started my talk with the question “Did you know that unhealthy eating is a sin to your body and God?”. Almost everyone was surprised at my question, but before you judge me wrongly, let me give you a quick reference in the bible.

🌿1 Corinthians 10:31
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God”

So, before you conclude, ask yourself this question “the breakfast I ate this morning or the dinner I am about to eat, does these foods honor God and my body”? Kindly let me know what you think in the comment section below

If you want a similar insightful session with your church group, or employees, kindly send me an email or call +233(0) 256855180.
