I had the most wonderful time at the @elmhurstballetschool Senior Summer Intensive—training with amazing teachers, meeting lovely dancers and taking away so much to bring back to my full-time training at @tringpark_school .

One of the highlights was being treated to watching some of the incredible dancers from @bhamroyalballet . Such an inspiring and special experience ✨

Unfortunately, an Achilles tendon sheath injury meant I couldn’t dance en pointe, which was difficult and definitely not how I imagined the intensive going. But I’m so grateful for everything I was still able to experience and learn. Sometimes progress means listening to your body, adapting and being patient—even when all you want to do is dance.

Now that the GCSE mock tests are out of the way, I finally found some time to post about my wonderful stay @royalballetschool White Lodge Spring Intensive course last month ✨🩰

It was always a dream of mine to dance in these beautiful studios set in what looks like an enchanted forest, so I was over the moon to be invited back again and cannot wait to visit once more this coming summer for a final lower school intensive ☀️

I loved every class (especially learning Act 1 Giselle solo, with the notorious hops en pointe), and feel very grateful to have been taught by such inspiring teachers in a room filled with talented dancers from across the world 💖
