VFX process of our Tron Ares inspired light painting shoot!

Many of you asked how we created the light paint over video effect, as well as how we created a 3D orbit once the lights were painted on, and this quick tutorial breaks it down.

Imagine owning your dream car for five years… and doing absolutely nothing with it.

I’m Rod — an LA-based creative director and partner at the @race.service agency. In 2019, that was my reality. I had owned @project935x for five years, often forgetting I even had it. But enough was enough. Why did I have this dream car that I never drove, that I never did anything with — just locked away in storage? I decided it was time to finally bring the 935X to life: rebuild it, show it at Luftgekühlt, and debut it at SEMA that November.

That was the goal. Honestly, I was nervous. I didn’t know if I had the resources or even the ability to make it happen. It felt like uncharted territory. But sometimes you just have to step forward and see where it takes you. And I’m thankful - this has been an eleven year journey now — without the support of @bisimoto @ornamentalconifer @rafrennie and @race.service and countless partners there’s no way this project would have come to life. 📸 @larry_chen_foto @ekaterinagorbacheva.art @thvddeus @race.service @carlosuriosteguii @yaer_one @_alexqian @baggen.photos

That’s the thing about fear you either let it make you or break you.

Entering this transitional phase of my life at 25 it is a little daunting and some days it feels all too much and my dreams seem too big. But I always remind myself how far I’ve already come and that I have the fight in me to get over any obstacle. So here’s to staying resilient and never giving up. Just like how I am in the gym it’s all in the mind and you have it in you to run that extra mile.

Journalist Helaine Olen sat down with Stepahnie Kelton, renowed eonomist and bestselling author, to discuss her groundbreaking (and controversial) approach to Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) and its potential to revolutionize the future of fiscal policy. They challenged conventional wisdom around debt and ways we think about government spending, taxes, and economic growth this afternoon aboard #summitatsea2023
