THE OPEN HOUSE ENDED. THE COMMITMENT DIDN’T. 🔥 After a full day of educating practitioners, demonstrating Winback technology, and sharing our passion for helping people move better, Colleen and I had one more stop to make. The gym. 💪 Were we tired? Absolutely. Could we have called it a day? Of course. But here’s something I believe: You can’t just talk about movement. You have to live it. That’s what MOVE WITH WINBACK means to me. It’s about consistency. It’s about dedication. It’s about making your own health a priority, even when your schedule is packed. And it’s why I love what we’re building with Winback. The BACK4 gives practitioners another way to support rehabilitation, recovery, and performance—helping people stay engaged in the activities they love. Today we educated. We connected. We inspired. And then we got our own workout done. Same mission. Same dedication. Keep moving. What’s your motivation to get that workout done after a long day? 👇 #MoveWithWinback #Winback #Dedication #RecoveryAndPerformance #leadbyexample

Today’s countdown is brought to you by my new knee—and a shirt that says it all: “Don’t ever underestimate a woman with a new knee!” 😂🦿 Knee replacement surgery reminded me that strength isn’t always about pushing through pain. Sometimes it means trusting the process, doing the work, accepting help, and celebrating every step forward. A special shout-out to Stretch Zone Palmetto Bay and Alina PT for being part of my recovery journey and helping me remain mobile, active, and ready for whatever comes next. Public service requires you to keep moving—sometimes quite literally! The countdown to December 7 continues, one strong step at a time. ❤️ #CountdownToDecember7 #NewKneeNewMe #KneeReplacement #RecoveryJourney #StretchZonePalmettoBay AlinaPT KeepMoving StrongWomen

🔥 WHAT IS THE TISSUE TELLING US? Today at the Winback Advanced Orthopedic TECAR Course, we’re going beyond simply learning how to use technology. We’re learning how to better understand what we’re treating. During one of our hands-on demonstrations, we used cupping and noticed something interesting. Instead of a smooth circular response, we observed a visible groove in the tissue. 👀 What does that tell us? It’s an opportunity to look deeper, assess tissue mobility, and better understand where focused treatment may be beneficial. The appearance alone doesn’t confirm a fascial restriction, but it can guide further assessment. This is where combining hands-on techniques with Winback TECAR therapy becomes especially interesting. ✅ Better assessment ✅ More targeted treatment strategies ✅ Integrating technology with manual therapy ✅ Supporting movement and patient comfort One thing I always emphasize: It’s not just about having the technology. It’s about understanding how, when, and why to use it. That’s what makes these clinical immersion courses so valuable. Practitioners learning from practitioners, sharing experiences, and bringing new ideas back to their patients. Education. Application. Better clinical decisions. #Winback #TECARtherapy #AdvancedOrthopedics #MyofascialRelease #ClinicalEducation @winbackamericausa

YOUR HANDS. YOUR EXPERTISE. YOUR WINBACK. 🔥 One of the things I enjoy most about our Winback educational courses is hearing directly from the practitioners experiencing the technology. Meet Skyler Little from Mint Physical Therapy! During our Advanced Orthopedic Course, we talked about something that makes Winback stand out: its versatility. Think about it. You already have the knowledge. You already have the techniques. You already understand your patients. Now imagine incorporating TECAR technology into those same hands-on treatments, mobilizations, and active rehabilitation exercises. That’s where the Winback BACK4 opens up new possibilities. Thank you, Skyler, for joining us and sharing your perspective! 💬 Practitioners, curious about Winback? Send me a DM. Let’s connect. #Winback #TECARtherapy #PhysicalTherapy #OrthopedicRehab #MoveWithWinback @winbackamericausa

What is WINBACK? For me, it’s more than technology. It’s the connection between performance, rehabilitation, wellness, and recovery—working together to help people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. This reel represents only a small part of the journey: the practitioners I’ve educated, the athletes and clients I’ve supported, and the communities we’re continuing to build. The technology matters—but education, implementation, and the human connection are what truly bring it to life. Ready to discover what WINBACK could bring to your practice?
