oh god i was really dreading the moment this post had to come.

dear cobalt, i love you guys dearly. i just wanted to say how grateful i am at what this team has become. so if you don’t know my story, i wanted to be on obsidian (desperately) this season, i was told multiple times that i was not ready and i didn’t realize that its okay not to be ready. i did not want to be on cobalt. at all. i thought i was too good but as brinley says “you’re not too good for this team”. turns out this was a blessing in disguise. i met what has now become my bsfs, had an amazing time, but most importantly learned how to become a better person. yall taught me how to have a better attitude, appreciate what you have, work hard, and become a leader. ik im on sid now, but i just wanted to make it known how much i appreciate you guys(even though it may not show and i am a little harsh, thank you to my stunt groups for dealing with me 💋) after being on cobalt for 2 years, this is most likely a goodbye to junior level 1. cobalt has paved the path for my elite all star cheer career and i will always keep this team in my heart🩷.

dear obsidian, i want to say thank you for this opportunity on obsidian. at the beginning of 2024, i didn’t even have a back hand spring and we all know i can’t stunt. i was told multiple times i would not be on obsidian, and i didn’t make it. when i finally got the opportunity by kayla and paige in june, yall let me in to yalls team so fast and im so thankful. we have been the most consistent team in the gym all season because of our hard work, but yall made sure to never let it take away from the fun. we had a pretty bad ending at summit but our season was awesome and a instagram caption will not allow me to say how much i am going to miss this team.
