POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everyone's journey looks different; one thing is for sure and two things are for certain: I am on my journey alone because, ultimately, it takes me to show up. When I ended up in urgent care and found out my gestational diabetes had turned into type two, my husband signed me up for something he knew was familiar to me. But this time, he knew I wasn't going to do it on my own; I needed a routine. I am so happy I stepped into this gym because the accountability and community were and are everything. We train together, but you have to show up for yourself.
