A week ago today I was wrapping up my first time speaking on the @seedsethics conference panel in Atlanta! A few of us spoke on whether “AI can help or hurt the third-party reproduction/fertility industry”.

Yo!

We had a wonderful Wednesday evening together at @theflatbushsocial, great vibes until the end. I appreciate everyone that dropped by. Felt good to wear a t-shirt and take flicks of my friends again.

As always, thanks to @djnotoriousinc & @djspicenyc for great music and @sethaustinnyc and the @tequilamicampo for helping us keep cocktails reasonably priced in the midst of these cost of living spikes.

This summer is gonna be one for the books, looking forward to seeing y’all next Wednesday.

If people of color intend to make any inroads in this country’s swelling war against their presence and history, then 2026 must be where the initial victories are claimed. It’s why this year for my annual clothing drive, I was compelled to create space and prompt for some of the most creative minds in my community. I asked that the brilliant panel of @mobrowne @keithwhite @sherwintheartist @bedstuysteve discuss How To Make Revolutionary Art In 2026. So many gems dropped that the night simply ended bejeweled and brighter than it began. Massive appreciation for the flawless set by @djceo and the room full of creatives from authors to designers to gemologists to salon owners. Most importantly, we collected enough clothing to fill two U-Haul vans (I will personally deliver all donations to homeless shelters on Christmas Eve). Thank you again to every single person who contributed with offerings and presence. You are my favorite kind of humans.
