Hi everyone.🙋‍♂️

May I briefly introduce? This is the winner of my last duel by a large majority.

And with what ? rightly so!

It’s hard not to like this fragrance because it is versatile and pleasant to wear.

After being in Milan, many new fragrances have landed on my radar that I consider remarkable and worth testing, but some fragrances remain an integral part of my everyday life

There are things and scents that change in my Favour , but one thing will remain the same. My love for Tom Ford Noir Extreme EdP.

I prefer it more than the new Parfum which is good, but for me not better.
It is Another absolutely Stunner for colder Days with a unique smell of Kulfi which i miss in the Parfum Version.

Kulfi is an Indian frozen Dessert made of Milk, cardamom, saffron, Pistachio and other ingredients. So that makes this Scent to a Gourmand.
I don’t know the Taste but the smell is gorgeous. Sure there a many other stuff in this Fragrance but all mixed up makes it to a great Fragrance.

I don’t need to say any more about this fragrance because most people know it.

Welcome to the next duel in 2025.

Although I am still ill and in bed, I am sending a sign of life.

Today from the house of Tom Ford. 2 fragrances that everyone should have in their wardrobe in winter and that are simply great.

For me personally, both have been long-time companions and favorites in winter.

I’ve introduced them to you in the past and I think many of you are familiar with these both, so I’m just asking you guys....

❓Noir Extreme EdP

Although I have now been able to test the perfume version, this is still my favorite. A wonderful gourmand fragrance that smells like Kulfi and is absolutely great for the cold season

❓Tobacco Vanille
The Best Tobacco Fragrance in my Opinion.
This Fresh Tobacco Note mixed with Spices, dry Fruits and Vanilla is an absolutely Stunner.

Hello dear people🙋‍♂️,
It's February, it's winter and it's cold.
And of course I've been caught out again. I'm lying in bed sick and feeling miserable. 🤢

❓Do you wear fragrances when you're ill?
At the moment I can still smell, even if I have to blow my nose all the time.

There are few fragrances I feel like wearing when I'm not feeling well.
That includes my signature fragrance, of course.

This is perhaps the most beautiful IRIS fragrance I know.

❓What is your Favourite Iris Scent?

I would like to tell you something about me and DHI.
I do not have the one and only Favourite Scent, but i have this Signature Scent.
Why?
There are 2 Reasons.
The First Reason is, when i smelled it the first time, back in the days in 2008 it changed everything for my understanding about Scents.

When you are a "normal" one and you wear typical Scents you get in normal Drugstores, this one is a Revelation.
An Iris Based Fragrance for Men who smells like Lipstick and Powder?
HELL YES🤘
After wearing Fragrances of CK, Joop, Boss and others this was a quite Revolution and changed a lot on the Market.

I used it so often that the Second Reason for being my Signature is that Family and Friends always saying that it smells like André, when they smell it.

I dont think that an explanation how it smells is necessary.
I dont wear it that much actually, cause of my Rotation in my collection and i have many Faves, but this one will be always special.
It so is.

Hello Friends,

Here is an overview of the fragrances that inspired me the most last year and / or that I wore a lot.
This is not a ranking but a list of the 10 fragrances.

In 2024, I spent a lot of money on beautiful fragrances and my resolution this year is to spend less. In general, I want to reduce my collection and I’m curious to see whether reason or curiosity will win out in the end.

Happy Weekend 🙋‍♂️

Even if I don't care about my poor range now, there's a reason why it's a real shame.
And that is when I introduce a new fragrance that perhaps not everyone knows yet.
And especially today it might be totally interesting.

Because the OG Ombre Leather is one of the most popular leather fragrances on the market, but personally it never reached me because of the penetrating leather note.

So I understand if lovers of the OG reject this new flanker, but I would like to tell you why I am so enthusiastic about it.

🔸The Fragrance
We start with a dash of cardamom and ginger, which gives the fragrance a spicy freshness before the leather enters. It shouts loudly that it's there and then subtly withdraws, which I think is wonderful.

It is perfectly balanced and can't annoy my nose.
Now that we have a spicy but slightly fresh leather scent, the vanilla is added.
And here, too, nothing is too much, it is restrained like the leather, but is still present without being annoying. Here and there you can still sense a slight floral note.

So the fragrance remains and I can understand criticism from leather fans, but for me it is perfect

🔸Durability and Projection

Lasts all day, has a pleasant sillage and is simply fun to wear

🔸Occasion and Best Time

Because it is lighter and airier, it is suitable for the office. It can be used more universally than its brothers and can actually be worn anytime and anywhere. Fall is its time.

🔸Similar fragrances

It is reminiscent of No.5 by Rosendo Mateu and also a little of Liquide by Liquides Imaginaires

A beautiful passion fruit, soaked in rum, garnished with cinnamon and caramel. Sounds more like the scent of Captain Jack Sparrow, but smells fantastic.

❓Enigma Parfum pour Homme
The scent is warm and spicy and has that wonderful cola vibe. Slightly citrusy at the beginning, it then becomes warmer and boozy.

❓Habit Rouge Parfum
The unmistakable DNA is there, less citrusy, but more liqueur-like thanks to rum. The leather is somewhat reduced, but present.
The incomparable guerlinade with the bourbon vanilla provides a slightly sweet contrast.
or
❓Fahrenheit Parfum
starts fresh and fruity with Mandarin, Lavender and Pepper, before it changed in a Violet Leather Accord. Here we get the Typical DNA of Fahrenheit, but smoother and more in the Background.
A bit Smoky, Sweet and warm.
There could also be a drop of Rum in it.
