I really enjoyed this weekend’s class❤️. Don’t let the highlight clips fool you though, I’m currently drafting my documentary on surviving Gaby’s step class. First question of the interview “What are we training for??!!!!”. The people want to know!! I went to sleep having nightmares about 3KA. 😭😭 #fitness #stepaerobics #xtremehiphop #cardio #step

❌Mentor Tip: Step out of your comfort zone; once you learn the step counts (3 and 7 are the most used) experiment with different moves and expand your step portfolio. The more you learn, the more you grow. Love you all and keep being great on step!!
