Let me start by saying, it is very true that "your gift will make room for you" ~ proverbs 18:16

Back in 2013 I had 5 hurdlers (2 boys/4 girls - 110/100 - 300 ) whom all made it to CIF finals, the girls scored 37 points amongst the two events causing us to win our first divisional team title in school history. After that season @torourke955 asked me to be apart of the LA84 coaches clinics to talk about hurdles.

First 2 years I was assisting a then collegiate coach who abruptly retired then it was on me. As I finished a session in 2015, a coach asked if I had the information I presented on YouTube. I told him no, and he said I should. In my efforts to help as many people as my mind could imagine, I started placing videos on YouTube. It was a great move, because I was able to literally help coaches and athletes all over the world, and answer certain questions they had about hurdles and/or speed.

Then, I found a media site called Instagram in 2017. Initially I was only showcasing my kids, as a way to help get eyes on them for college, but the YouTube mindset kicked in, and I wanted to continue to help people as much as possible.

I started to add tutorials, practices, and progressions, and I was able to answer different questions and again showcase the kids I coach.

Since moving to Texas in 2020 the page has grown from 3500 to 100k. I would like to thank every coach, from youth to collegiate that I've been able to help. Every athlete that I have been able to coach in person and remotely, from near and far. Everyone that I have inspired. @mrmovebetter for pushing me to post, and not be afraid to actually be on camera.

To all my personal athletes, you guys, your development, and how you guys go crazy at track meets are largely the reason for this. Thank you for allowing me and trusting me with your development and journey. There are so many of you. Know I talk about you guys more than you know. I hope to continue teaching, learning, inspiring, and developing.
