Chattagram: the spirit of Durga pujo

When autumn arrives, Chattagram transforms into a city of a thousand emotions. The sound of the dhak echoes through crowded streets, hundreds of pandals shine beneath the night sky, and countless footsteps carry people from one celebration to another. Amid the lights, laughter, and endless crowds, every heart searches for one glimpse of Maa.

Rath Yatra is more than a festival—it is the journey of Lord Jagannath, the Lord of the Universe, whose divine power is believed to guide countless hearts. As His sacred chariot rolls forward, devotees pull the ropes with faith, seeking His blessings, strength, and grace.

A melody without meaning.....

I don’t know why I made this video; maybe it doesn’t mean anything at all, but for a brief moment the rain, the roads, the sky, and the passing shadows felt like they were telling a story, and all I could do was press record before the feeling disappeared.

RAINSCAPE.

The storm arrived over Chattogram like a forgotten memory — soft rain at first, then heavy clouds, trembling windows, and thunder echoing through the night. The streets grew quieter while the sky kept speaking in lightning, as if the entire city had paused just to listen to the rain.

Come on, breathe some fresh air
napittachara, mirsharai, chattagram
April 22, 2026

Four of us set out toward Napitachora Waterfall, chasing the kind of quiet you only find beyond the noise. The trail was muddy, the air heavy with green, and laughter echoed between the hills as we moved forward. When the waterfall finally revealed itself, it felt like the world had slowed down just for us—cool mist on our faces, tired feet in the stream, and a moment that didn’t need anything more.
