Here’s to the one year anniversary of when I opened up Strong Stride Physical Therapy & Performance. This is Amy. She has been training for Ironman Wilmington 70.3 and will be racing this weekend!

Her primary goal of working with Strong Stride Physical Therapy & Performance was to improve her run performance off the bike.
