I swear we do more on leg day but my brain turns off and I forget to record. Who else goes brain dead on leg day and just tries to survive?

Can you tell how geeked I was on my snatches yesterday?!

Yesterday’s weightlifting session with went off without a hitch. I am super pleased with how my snatches are coming along and I can’t wait to get to that 100 KG goal. The technique is looking more sharp and more snappy, and we are really dialing it in.

Do you like training with people on days that you need motivation?

My lift from last night. I had no caffeine and was so tired. But I’m so committed to the grind for this 100kg snatch I will not be beat!

Thank you so much to the boys @bumper_plate_bandit and @tugboatstrength for such a great lifting session. The vibes at @fuerzagymllc are always on point.

What’s your fav squat?

Me and @_andree3000 have been hammering legs hard on Mondays and the progress is starting to show!

Knees are holding up and I can’t wait to start putting some real weight on the bar!

Stay tuned for the journey.

Last night’s leg day with @_andree3000
We went pretty hard and my legs still hurt from that workout 😅

Intensity was high and I’m proud of the results of last nights lift. #movegang

First training session of 2024 went down yesterday! While it was far from perfect, looking back at this footage I see a lot of areas where I can improve. Cant wait to see what this new year brings and accomplish the goals I’ve set out.

I know it’s cliche to say but the days you don’t wanna be there and don’t wanna go, are the days you need the gym the most. It was leg day and I was just lacking motivation for anything after a long day at work.

Leg day workout was as follows >
For every movement we did one feeder set(not including warm up) and 2 working sets at RPE8.

*adductor machine/atg split squat(super set) 12-15reps
*good mornings 8-12 reps
*high bar back squat 4-6 reps
*seated hamstring curl 8-12 reps
*calve raise 12-15 reps
*hack squat 12-15 reps(not shown).
