Good ole 2016! Married my best friend, bought my Xterra, wore Sperries a lot apparently, used hashtags all of the time, and had a blast serving at a great church alongside some amazing people in Oklahoma! Big fan of this trend. As the kids say, 2026 is the new 2016.

What a great trip with an amazing group of guys. We got into a mess of birds for made some unforgettable memories as well. First ever pheasant for our youngest hunter, first pheasant in 3 years for another, and first quail since the ice age for another. Birds are always a plus but spending sharing time afield with friends and my dad will always be the highlight of a trip like this. Special thanks to @pqoutfitters @cheger42 for having my group out for the 4th year in a row. @zvankeulen for coaching guys around the flatlands, @_andrewbarron for snapping these forever memories, and most of all @ryleywbethel for supporting these few weekends a year and being the thing I look forward to most at the end of it all!

As my time as the Creative Photography Intern comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to BattleCreek Church for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful team. It has truly been a privilege to serve alongside such talented and passionate individuals, all dedicated to the mission and vision of this church.
Throughout my internship, I’ve not only been able to grow as a photographer but also learned so much about the power of visual storytelling in ministry. The moments we’ve captured, the stories we’ve told, and the relationships we’ve built together will stay with me as I continue on. I’m deeply thankful for all the support and guidance I’ve received from my team.
Though I’ll be stepping into a new chapter, I carry with me the memories of this incredible experience and the lasting friendships I’ve made. I look forward to seeing how BattleCreek continues to grow and how the creative team’s vision unfolds in the future.
Thank you for believing in me and for the opportunity to contribute to something truly special.

Hunting was great this weekend, but there’s no way I get the opportunity without this woman. She is as selfless as there is, even watching our friend’s daughter so her dad could come with me while mom was out of town. Absolutely zero hesitation. “I love you” never does the words justice for how I feel about her. I’ll be trying my best to spoil her back. Thank you for everything you do and everything you are, babe. So glad to be back with both of my girls, I know girls weekend was a blast!
