🥂Hello 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣

This year I decided not to make a New Year's resolution list, but instead decided to continue on working on me and allowing growth to happen organically.

That doesn't mean small goals are out the window, because I do believe they keep us on track! Plus why not celebrate the little things just as much as we normally would celebrate the big wins!

Realistically those big wins wouldn't of happened without the small ones, so make sure to count those little guys 😉

HELLO DECEMBER ✨
29 days left in the year… and I’m not waiting for January.

I used to think I had to wait for the “perfect time” to get my life together — a Monday, a new month, a new year…

But I’m a mom.
Chaos is my normal.
There is never going to be a perfect time.

So right now -I’m choosing myself in the middle of the mess.

✨ One small habit
✨ One choice that makes me feel good
✨ One moment where I pause instead of rush
✨ One thing for my body, my energy, my peace

Not a whole new routine.
Not a dramatic overhaul.
Just… choosing myself again.

If you’re waiting for January, this is your sign:
start now.
Show up now.
Feel good now.
Give yourself the chance to end this year proud of the woman you’re becoming.

Drop a 🤍if you’re with me

Proud moment hearing the parents talk about their kids’ growth at @teamcamilo.florida. This is why I do what I do - building confident, disciplined children through martial arts.
We’re now Step Up approved, making championship-level instruction accessible to more families in our community. Watching these kids develop strength, respect, and character reminds me that martial arts is more than fighting - it’s about building better people.
If you’re looking for quality martial arts training for your children in Melbourne, come see what these families are experiencing. Step Up families welcome.
