9/15 at @harvardandstone, @desertoftalkingshadows is playing with our bros in @analogparty again!

It’s Animaan’s birthday party and I’ll be sitting in on guitar for them in their set as well. Save the date it’ll be one hell of a time 🔥

📸 - @capturedbyjessica Beyond grateful we were able to pay tribute to the late great @taylorhawkinsofficial I’m still in shock and can’t believe he’s gone. We loved him. His spirit and music will live on forever.

It was surreal and incredibly emotional playing these songs last weekend. BUT I am so lucky to have been able to do it with the right people.

Hands down my favorite show I’ve ever played. We packed the house and brought it down as loud as we possibly f***ing could!

Do you prefer songs to be different live or just like the record?

I’m a big fan of doing different versions of songs live. I think it’s important to create a unique experience at my shows. That’s what all my favorite artists do live. They get weird with it. They experiment. I love how different this version of “what are you trying to prove?” Is. It makes me want to record a whole other version! ✌️

New episode out now!! -Analog party is an LA-based rock/grunge band that knows how to make great music but they also know how to talk about it. Animaan insists on making a clear difference between rock culture and rock music. Yes, there might be a comeback of rock in the mainstream scene, but it's only a cultural comeback...

saturday was one of my favorite shows i’ve ever played in my life… sure it was all covers. but I got to rock out with my friends and celebrate the life of one of our heroes… i’m honored to share the stage with such incredible bandmates and to see people smiling and having a blast. that’s all i’ve ever wanted… we played to a packed house @harvardandstone and had so many talented people join us on stage. thank you to our friends @heavyvelvet … thank you to all you who came and partied with us on behalf of @taylorhawkinsofficial 🕊 we played extra loud for him 🙏🏼
