12 years of play, 6 years of collegiate eligibility, and 3 universities has brought me not only a degree, but my best friends and memories. Appreciate everyone who was apart of my journey and couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you God for these opportunities. However, it’s FINALLY time to hang it up. On to the next 👆🏻🤙🏻

It’s time to get serious.
.
.
Serious about editing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serious about sessions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serious about Black Friday prep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serious about reaching goals.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m NEVER not serious about it. But this is the time of year that if I don’t put serious thought into the balance and organization of all the things, it gets overwhelming and I cry a lot 😆
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After 20 years, 20 busy seasons, I know this feeling well.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I’m excited and grateful!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bring on November!!!

Strolling into the first wedding weekend of the fall busy season like...
.
.
Kind nervous. 😬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is officially the 16th fall busy season Mollie Jane Photography has entered.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s so many.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And every year there is great anticipation!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Honestly, I think it would be odd if a photographer didn’t feel something like nervousness going into the season.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s a lot of responsibility!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are other feelings too. Like excitement and joy to see my sweet couples.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But as I charge my batteries, clean my lenses, organize my detail box, check flashes, etc, etc....there is definitly an anxious feeling.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Photographers, do you know what I mean?
