My name is Farrah Flucas, and I’m the Vice President of Membership Experience! Coming to Iowa State from out of state, I was so excited but also a little nervous to start this new chapter of my life. I hoped to find a home away from home, and from the moment I walked into Tri Delta, I instantly felt like I belonged. Recruitment led me to some of my best friends, incredible opportunities, and memories I’ll cherish forever. It has shaped my college experience in the best way. Going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made because it led me to a place where I truly felt accepted, supported, and encouraged to grow into the best version of myself. Tri Delta has given me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and people who have been there for me through every season of college. Getting to plan the events that welcome potential new members into our home is so meaningful to me because I know firsthand how much one week can change your life. Hey! My name is Addy Wagner and I am from Sioux Falls SD and am going to be a junior studying biochemistry on the pre med track! I am the collegiate chapter president! I went through recruitment in order to find my group of friends and meet new people right away because I am an out of state student and didn’t know anyone! It was so much fun and I got to meet so many girls while going through the experience! I not only got to meet other PNMs but got to meet so many girls already in different chapters which made Ames feel a lot smaller right away in those first few weeks of school! I will never regret going through it becaus
