Home was never meant to just be an event.

It was meant to be a culture. Something that lasts longer than a Thursday night.

And we’re still figuring out what that looks like.

School’s only been back a month. If you’ve never been before, who cares. You’re not late.

Mocktail Night. Thursday at 8.
Bring a friend. Try it.

Ari, where do I even begin? She has been nothing short of an absolute gem to have as part of our Carbone’s family.💎 In her almost two years as a host, she has become a friend, confidant, and teammate to so many. She is kind, hardworking, dedicated, funny, and generous.

This fall, Ari will head to Washington to attend the University of Puget Sound, where she’ll study Neuroscience 🔬 and, in her words, “hopefully climb some mountains!” 🏔️

Some highlights from her senior year include her final tennis season, improving so much, and making countless new friends.

One of Ari’s favorite Carbone’s memories is closing with Ava.👭They would always order a chicken tender basket to share, sit at table 10, help each other close, and chat with other servers and managers at the end of the night. She says, “It made it so much more fun.”

A fun fact about Ari: before working at Carbone’s, she had never even eaten here—and now she says she’ll be coming back forever!🤗

One of my favorite things about Ari has been watching her bring so much laughter and joy to Carbone’s through our social media reels. She led many of those little moments that bring us together and make us feel like a family. Who knew a 50-year-old mom of two could have so much fun with 18-year-olds at work? (I’m not sure they’d agree!)😉

Ari, do your thing. Study, climb mountains, explore, and do it all. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch your journey! We will miss you.🤍
