The image shows a decorative outdoor statue of a person riding a bicycle, set within a landscaped garden. The objects in the garden are decorative inflatable globes and colorful balloons. This artistic installation is characterized by:

Statue Details: A human figure with a bronze or metallic finish, wearing a blue vest and matching pants. The figure is positioned as if pedaling a silver-framed bicycle.

Unique Accents: A cluster of multi-colored spheres, resembling a bunch of balloons or oversized beads, is attached to the rear of the bicycle, adding a whimsical element to the sculpture.

Environment: The statue is placed on a bed of dark mulch or ground cover, surrounded by lush greenery including tall bamboo-like plants and various garden shrubs.

Artistic Style: The display is consistent with "junk art" or upcycled sculptures often found in themed gardens or public parks, where everyday objects like bicycles are transformed into decorative pieces.

These decorations are often used for:
Educational or thematic displays: Large inflatable globes, such as 23.6-inch versions, are used in educational institutions, planetariums, or for travel-themed decorations.

Outdoor events: Groups of balloons designed to look like globes are common for public events or garden installations.

Artistic installations: In some settings, these are part of a larger display, like a pride parade or a themed garden with sculptures.

The larger items in the foreground are specifically designed to resemble Earth planet balloons and can be inflatable or solid garden ornaments.

A Mughal jharokha is an ornamental, projecting balcony or enclosed window that became a prominent architectural feature in the palaces and forts of the Mughal Empire. Adapted from earlier Rajput and pre-Rajput styles, Mughal jharokhas are distinguished by their elaborate decoration and use of high-quality materials.
Key features
Structure: A jharokha typically projects from the main wall, supported by highly decorative brackets (corbels) or pillars. Many are topped with a small dome (chhatri).
Ornate carvings: Artisans carved intricate details into stone, marble, wood, or alabaster. The carvings often include geometric designs, delicate floral motifs, and other decorative patterns.
Jaali screens: Many jharokhas incorporate intricately carved stone or wooden lattice screens known as jaalis. These screens serve several functions:
They allow light and air to enter while providing privacy.
The lattice design keeps hot, direct sunlight out.
They allowed royal women, who lived in purdah, to observe the outside world without being seen.
Climate control: The overhanging design and jaali screens provided shade, filtered sunlight, and promoted cross-ventilation, helping to keep the interior of a building cool in a hot, arid climate.
Purpose and function
During the Mughal period, jharokhas served both practical and symbolic purposes:
Jharokha Darshan: Emperor Akbar formalized the ritual of Jharokha Darshan, where the emperor would appear daily at a designated jharokha to be seen by his subjects, hear petitions, and receive public homage. This was a vital form of direct communication between the ruler and his people.
Ventilation and light: The design allowed for fresh air and natural light to enter the building, making interiors more comfortable.
Observation: The jaali screens allowed those inside to observe events in courtyards or on the streets in a secluded manner.

The primary deity featured in Pichwai art is Lord Krishna, specifically in his form as Shrinathji.
Key details about this manifestation of Lord Krishna:
Shrinathji is depicted as a seven-year-old child and is a central figure in the Pushtimarg sect of Hinduism.
The paintings depict stories of Shrinathji's life, including the legend of him lifting the Govardhan Hill to protect the villagers of Vrindavan from a storm caused by the god Indra.
In Pichwai paintings, Shrinathji is characteristically shown with his left arm raised, symbolizing him holding the hill aloft.
Other associated figures in Pichwai art include Radha, the gopis (cowherd girls)
