Just went LIVE with my sweet friend Ashley Fitzgerald all the way from Alberta 🤍💍
Two brides-to-be, building businesses that actually support our dream weddings ✨
Ashley used her Monat income to help pay for her dress + alterations (how amazing is that?!) and as a newly engaged fiancé, I’m doing the same—turning my passion for hair + confidence into something that helps fund this season of life 🥹
We talked all things:
💬 wedding planning
💬 hair goals for the big day
💬 building a business that works with your life—not against it
This is your reminder that your “extra income” can be your wedding fund, your freedom fund, your whatever-you-want fund 🤍
If you’re curious how we’re doing this while growing healthier, fuller hair… my DMs are always open ✨

The secret to getting amazing hair isn’t in your salon visits. It’s in what you do routinely, day in and day out in the comfort of your own home.

- Oil treatments 1-2x a week overnight prior to washing.
- IR Clinical thinning defense scalp serum every night before bed.

It’s simple. And you’ll see results in one bottle. 👏🏼

The vibes were vibing in Orlando.

Some surprising things happened when I partnered with @monatofficial five years ago.

First, I found a new level of confidence in myself. Being a parent is tough work. I had been a stay at home mom for a while and had moved from one state to another recently. I hadn’t even noticed that I had lost some of myself I those years. Don’t hear what I’m not saying, the privilege of being home with my kids has been one of the greatest things I have been able to do. But my focus had really shifted to just the kids and family. After being with Monat for a while, I realized I felt more confident and more sure of my ability. Monat didn’t specifically do that, but it did give me the space to try something new and do something that was my own in a season of life where carving out space for myself was minimal.

Second, I found a new community. We are created for and called into community, but we live in a time where it’s tough to build. I have made some of my sweetest and most fun relationships through Monat. I look forward to every minute we get to be together. We live all over the place, but we check in on kids and life and books we’re reading and we can be wildly awkward and goofy with each other.

I didn’t have high hopes for Monat when I joined. I wanted to fix my hair and loved the products and wanted a discount. I knew the products would be good, but thought the business would be meh. All of these years later and I want to be here as long as I can be. So maybe let this be the push you need to try the new thing. Take the leap and see where it takes you. Because there is room at the table for you; you just have to find the right table.

One of the best decisions I've made. I'm still learning. Still growing. Still have a long way to go, but I'm not looking back.

From Belgium Baker to Monat boss babe. Ashley started for the discount, found out she could earn monat sharing about her own transformation and is now using Monat to fund her future weddings!
