Good morning, everybody!

Once again, I find myself navigating an interesting dichotomy of emotions. My body continues to revolt against me, but despite the ongoing health challenges, I’m reminded how important it is to cherish the moments, people, and opportunities around us.

As I continue making far too many trips to the hospital, sitting in waiting rooms and searching for answers with doctors, I also take quiet moments to appreciate what I have and what’s waiting around the corner.

And there really are some incredible things worth celebrating!

First, a HUGE thank you to my wonderful friend Roz for being such a shining light over these past four weeks. I genuinely cannot believe how quickly the time has flown. As I’ve said before, you are a TOUR DE FORCE, and don’t let anybody convince you otherwise. If they do, they’re not worth your time!

To everyone involved in KLINCH, what a journey it’s been! But let me tell you something: 2027, GET READY! Jake Walker and his team are coming, and we intend to shake up the television landscape! I’m also incredibly excited to bring my friend Nate along for the ride!

And finally, to the extraordinary cast and crew of HELL’S KITCHEN, thank you for the laughter, memories, incredible personalities, and, most importantly, the genuine friendships. I will miss you all tremendously, but I’ll always be in your corner!

Life has a remarkable way of reminding us that difficult circumstances and beautiful experiences can coexist. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments arrive when we need them most.

The challenges remain, but so do the gratitude, excitement, and determination to keep moving forward!

Happy Thursday, everybody! ❤️

Happy Tuesday, October 20, 2026! ❤️

Sometimes, in the face of adversity, even while sitting in a hospital waiting for appointments and test results, you have time to reflect on the positives in life. Today, that’s exactly what I’m choosing to do.

As we enter the final week of Hell’s Kitchen’s first national tour in Toronto, I want to recognize what an incredibly special group of people make up this company.

Their talent is extraordinary, but what makes them even more special is who they are as human beings. Kind, genuine, hardworking, and wonderful individuals who, despite making me feel incredibly old most of the time, have brought so much joy into my life! 😂❤️

If you’re in Toronto this week, PLEASE do yourself a favour and see this show! Treat yourself to an unforgettable evening of music, talent, and heart. You won’t regret it!

To the entire company, I’m proud to support you and will always be happy to be there for you in any way possible moving forward.

Except for jogging. That’s where I draw the line! LOL! 😂

Even on difficult days, there is always something positive to appreciate if we choose to look for it.

Happy Tuesday, everybody! ❤️
