Hi friends,

After not posting for more than a year I thought it was time for a little update. Between living in Sweden for a couple of months and buying a house I’ve been working on so much music.

I want to give a big thanks to all the producers, writers vocalists and a&r’s for trusting my sound, and to everybody who’s listening. It means so much to me ❤️

Time to get a little more active on here again and let you in on what’s been happening. There is a new song coming in 2 weeks, see you then!

For the past few years, I’ve been releasing music under the name Mati Troglia.

That name gave me much more than music. It allowed me to meet amazing people and artists from all over the world, producers, singers, and musicians, and I was lucky enough to collaborate with many of them.

People I probably would have never met without this journey as Mati Troglia.

I’ll always be grateful for everything I experienced and built along the way.

Over time, my sound started to change. I moved from Deep Chill into Minimal Deep Tech, with elements of Tech House, and it began to feel like a new version of me.

So I decided to give this new direction its own identity.

Mati Troglia becomes METDEB.

Same passion.
New sound.
New chapter.

Thank you for coming along with me. ❤️

Laurentius, Miami 1986 🌴 Tried the 80s AI trend and funnily enough, it’s not that far off my usual wardrobe.

What 1986 me doesn’t know yet though, So Amazing with @bellehumble is at 750K streams and Live Without You with also hit 120K in the first 3 weeks. He’d probably lose his mind.

1986 Laurentius opens his set with what song?👇

Some art has to travel the world for a few years before it’s ready for consumption. I wrote this topline (melody & lyrics) with @justinhalpin back in 2020 in a Nashville. In 2023 I sent it to an Italian DJ I’d worked with a few times. He connected with our mutual collaborator in the Netherlands to work on the track together. Fast forward to now after adding one more DJ and a vocal duo from Germany, and LIVE WITHOUT YOU is now available for everyone else in the world to hear! #dancemusic #collaboration #housemusic
