A few months ago I didn't know these women. Now every day with them leaves me feeling empowered, confident and uplifted.

Stronger in how I support SEND parents, braver about being seen and growing in confidence as a woman, not just a business owner. I'm even holding myself differently and reaching for clothes I wouldn't have dared wear before.

Today the Unshakable Circle gathered at the home of my coach and mentor Katy, who has been there every step of the way since I launched SEND Defender. Hearing her say how much she's seen me grow in such a short time really meant a lot.

Caroline and Linzi held space for how much I'm carrying right now, with zero judgement, I basically got free therapy 🤪. Jojo got my brain whirring on offers and content, Chloe reminded me there are stages waiting to be spoken on, Alex and Sabrina always bring the confidence boost and laughter, Julie sharing turning pain into purpose, Emma brings out my inner naughty schoolgirl and Lucy quietly did actual coworking while the rest of us gassed away 😂 Plus some very inappropriate banana chat 🍌

None of it is transactional. Just genuine friendships and women lifting women.

If you're building something while holding everything else together, find your people. I'm so grateful I found mind.

❤️

Didn’t open my laptop *once* on Monday 🥂 here’s what I did instead…

An afternoon with my business group in a countryside hotel lounge outside of the city, masterminding and connecting ❤️

And then jumping on the train into London for a preview night of my favourite restaurant’s new 6-course menu with my Mum (scroll for the final dessert because ugh it was incredible)

My laptop didn’t get opened once.

My clients still got served on the go.

And I opened my DMs to another panel speaking opportunity (that was the easiest YES!) for later this year ✨

This is my stupidly simple business.

And I tell you what… I’m kinda obsessed with it 👀

If the last 12 months have taught me anything, it’s that some of the biggest shifts in your business happen when you shut the laptop, get on the train and put yourself in a room full of people you’ve never met before 🌪️

I promise you, I wasn’t walking into my first event thinking, “I wonder who’s about to become one of my closest friends?” or “Who am I about to collaborate with?” or “Who’s about to completely change the way I think about my business?”

You’re thinking about whether you’ve got the right train, whether everyone’s making more money than you and where the bloody coffee is 😂

Then you get chatting, sit next to someone at lunch, have a conversation you didn’t realise you needed and before you know it you’re voice noting each other on th regular, celebrating wins together, asking for advice or meeting up because they’ve become some of your favourite humans

Every event I’ve been to since has left me with people who are still part of my world today

Clients, Collaborators, Friends
Women I genuinely couldn’t imagine doing business without 🩷

That’s never been on the agenda of any event …

It happened because I got myself in the room

If you’d told me last July that writing 3 words in a notebook would lead to me standing on a stage a year later telling that exact story while leading women how to become the standout Authority in their industry… 😮‍💨

What I definitely wouldn’t have believed is that I’d spend the next 12 months creating my own room… well whole bloody HAUS actually 😉

Because one room changed the trajectory of my business… and that’s exactly why I created Haus of Authority Live

If you’re ready for the room that draws a line in the sand, sets your Authority in motion & sends you home making braver decisions, with bigger ideas and completely OBsessed with your business…

I’ll save you a seat in THE HAUS 🏠🌪️

Yesterday I hosted the biggest event of my business.

This morning I woke up thinking, “What now?”

It’s a pattern that’s followed me since I was at school. Achieve something, immediately start looking at what I could have done better, convince myself I’m just being ambitious, and move straight onto the next thing.

This morning, I recognised it before lunchtime.

So I paused and I asked myself:

What’s actually true?

The answers completely changed my perspective.

They stopped me overlooking everything I’d already created and wasting time trying to solve a problem I don’t have

This is one of the biggest lies ambitious women have been sold.

That every success should immediately be followed by another goal.

No wonder so many women feel like nothing is ever enough and why so many business owners are burnt out.

I’ve spent years helping women recognise the Good Girl and yet This morning, I had to do exactly the same thing.

the quality of our lives and businesses isn’t determined by the first thought that enters our mind.

It’s determined by what we choose to do with it.

So today, instead of rushing into the next thing from a place of fear or proving, I’m choosing to sit with what I’ve created.

To celebrate the heck out of it

Now I want to hear from you, what have you already achieved this month that you’ve barely acknowledged before asking yourself, “What now”?

One thing connects every woman on this list.

Every single one of them backed themselves before they had the guarantee.

And On Tuesday they’ll all be in the same room at Reclaim HER live.

They are…

Driving 🚗
Catching the train 🚊

Some have

Rearranged childcare 👶
Moved appointments 📅

They are…

Interior Designers
Graphic designers
Biz Strategists
Health & Fitness
Mindset coaches
Wellness
OBMs
Content coaches
Sales & marketing
Nutrition

Women building all kinds of businesses

Yet they made the same decision

They stopped talking themselves out of what they know they wanted

Two tickets left.

Don’t be the woman who looks back wishing she’d followed the nudge.

Come and get in the room.

When The Body Confidence coach meets Identity Coach 🌪️

So excited for this live with the lovely @alextheidentitycoach because she embodies exactly what I do in The Body Confidence Movement

The one thing that most women avoid is the identity shift that needs to happen in order to get to the place you want to go

And honestly that’s the missing part because goals are pointless if you aren’t showing up as the person you want to be right now

The identity has to match the outcome

And our identity ripples through so much of our lives

👉 How we dress
👉 How we show up for ourselves
👉 How we get out of our comfort zone or stay sat in it

And as a woman we go through so many phases that change our identity or make us question it

👉 Having kids
👉 The kids growing up and transitioning to secondary school
👉 Kids fleeing the nest
👉 And let’s not forget menopause

So join us on Thursday 18th June 12.30pm LIVE to talk about Becoming the woman you want to be whilst achieving your goals and where to start

Let us know if you are joining us, it’s one you don’t want to miss ❤️

Every bold move I’ve made in the past few years has been fuelled by the incredible women I’ve met. I carry with me every connection, every conversation. I’m stitched together by shared ideas, borrowed courage, and kind honesty.

Women who’ve challenged me. Held me. Saw something in me I hadn’t quite named yet.

Some I met in training rooms. Some through chance introductions. Some became collaborators. Some became friends. All became a part of my story.

This is why I LOVE group work and why I’m so excited about the retreats Tara & I are running. Because growth isn’t solo. It’s built in circles.
