VOLUME 3️⃣♥️

Feeling beyond blessed and honored after such an incredible event. If you would’ve told me after Volume 1 that this is what Volume 3 would look like, I never would’ve believed you. My mission has always been to create the most high energy, and unforgettable convention possible for every dancer who walks through the doors, and I promise we’re only just getting started.

These dancers brought so much passion, energy, and talent. Every single event, the level continues to rise, and I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such hardworking beasts.

A huge thank you to my incredible faculty for sharing their knowledge and talent, my amazing support system for always believing in me, and my dance alumni who continue to come back and support what we’re building.

@purplefoxproductions you did it again with an unreal recap of an unforgettable day.

So grateful, so inspired, and already counting down to the best one yet, Volume 4 🧡

WHY WE BUILT THE DUNGEON. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Growing up, sports and training were always a huge part of our lives. Wrestling, dance, conditioning, recovery, discipline, competition. We’ve experienced it all.

The Dungeon started with a vision to create a private space built for athletes and hard workers who want more than just a crowded commercial gym.

A place where athletes can:
• train with purpose
• build confidence
• improve performance
• learn discipline
• and become stronger mentally & physically

As current Division I athletes, we understand what it takes to compete at a high level. More importantly, we understand the value of proper development, consistency, and individualized training.

This isn’t just about lifting weights.

It’s about building better athletes, better habits, and better people.

WELCOME TO THE DUNGEON. ⚔️🔥

We’re Ava & PJ Casale — a brother and sister duo who grew up around sports, discipline, and hard work. Training has always been a huge part of our lives, and now we want to help others become stronger, more confident, and mentally tougher too.

Ava dances on the Division I Sacred Heart University Dance Team, training in performance, flexibility, technique, and conditioning. PJ wrestles for the Division I Rutgers University wrestling program, competing and training at one of the highest levels in the country.

From strength and conditioning to agility, wrestling workouts, flexibility, and performance training — we bring real athlete experience, energy, and motivation into every session.

This is more than just workouts. It’s about pushing yourself, building confidence, and getting better every day.

Built different. Train different. 🔗

leaving daytona with a heavy heart and the fullest one at the same time 🤍

this team gave me more than titles, trophies, or medals ever could. it gave me friendships that changed my life, teammates who became family, and memories i’ll carry forever. i’ll forever be grateful for the the most incredible group of people for pushing me, supporting me, laughing with me, and believing in me every single day. you are truly the best part of this experience. freshman year, i watched from the sidelines after a torn acl unsure of what my dance journey would look like. leaving now as a back-to-back national champion feels like the most beautiful full circle moment. thank you to all my teammates for being the heart behind every memory and the reason this experience meant so much.
