STUDY ABROAD SPOTLIGHT ✈️🌍

This summer, our sister Ava Hanson had the incredible opportunity to study abroad! 🌍✨ Read about her experience, the memories she made, and what she learned along the way.

“This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to spend six weeks studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark! 🇩🇰 As a Business major in the Event Planning & Management program, I took two courses: Behavioral Economics and Entertainment & Sports Marketing. While earning credits, I also immersed myself in Danish culture and experienced a new way of life. From the fashion and music to the food and everyday lifestyle, every experience helped broaden my perspective and deepen my appreciation for different cultures.
As someone with Danish roots, this experience was especially meaningful. Being able to connect with my family’s heritage and learn more about the traditions, history, and culture that are part of my own background made this journey even more memorable. Studying abroad allowed me to grow both personally and academically, and I’m so grateful for the memories, friendships, and knowledge I’ll carry with me long after this journey.”

Thank you Ava for sharing your study abroad journey🤍
