I got to do these with my eldest child, until she was the same age as my younger daughter was when I came home 9. They say 9 is a number of completion(@mr_burpee_elite @coach_sheedd & I just were talking about this). I cherished it then as I do now. Especially having a level of flexible I’ve always been use to, without the risk of incarceration. Thank You Yahweh for allowing me to see and be apart of so many small things.. that are the most amazing things that your child never forgets. I apologize for the days I did miss and am grateful to the many days I will never miss again. I love all and hate not one person on this earth.

Each Child gets a different parent. I just hope that me becoming a better person, equals to them all feeling like I’ve become a better parent. Trēs gets the best version of me due to who I had no idea how to be to his siblings in a sense. I love them all, with all I have.. I just get to go at it in a different way. Had a great conversation and session with @deaja_deaj it’s nice to be able to sense when someone prioritizes growth within themselves. It’s a daily grind and something you have to be intentional about. My takeaway… someone who isn’t afraid to poke fun at herself as she is building and fighting. Great workout Deaj.
