6 miles. Comfortable pace. No pressure.

Second run since the Chicago Marathon, and the focus is simply getting my legs back under me and enjoying the process. No chasing pace, no expectations — just giving my body the time it needs to recover and finding my rhythm again.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your running is slow down, be patient, and trust the process.

Shoutout to my coworkers and friends Brandon and Kadeem for my morning motivation haha!

PT session turned into a volleyball clinic 🏐😂

Our athlete took over and started teaching us how to hit—safe to say we’re still working on our form. Rehab doesn’t always look boring… sometimes it looks like fun, teamwork, and good vibes.

Movement. Skill. Confidence.
This is what return-to-sport rehab looks like 💪
