🙏🏼 **Gratitude | October 16, 2026**

This morning’s run reminded me that progress isn’t about being the fastest; it’s about being grateful that I *can*. I have the strength to move, the faith to keep growing, and the opportunity to push beyond what I once thought possible.

The same goes for business. ❤️

The next time you doubt the business move you made, remember: **You didn’t start because you had it all figured out. You started because you had a purpose and a mission.**

For me, it’s about growing my family, building something for the next generation, and helping other families along the way.

I may not see the entire road ahead, but I trust the One leading me. Tomorrow is shaped by the actions I take TODAY.

Keep showing up. Keep growing. Keep trusting God’s plan. 🙌🏼

That’s leadership.

You do the work.
You grow.
You learn.
You build.

And eventually, you realize…

It was never just about how far I could go.
It was about how many people I could help move forward with me.

That’s the mission.
Grow yourself. Build your future. Then reach back and bring somebody with you. 🔥 #teambto #1stphorm #changinglives #

There’s a difference between having a starting point and being someone who judges another person’s starting point.

One thing life has taught me: it’s not a restart just because you decide to make a change.

You decided to take a chance.
You stepped onto a new starting point.

And there will always be people sitting on the sidelines asking:

“Why would they start running?”
“Why would they leave their career for a new one?”
“They must be going through something.”
“Why would you become a real estate agent?”
“Why suddenly do you want to get a degree?”
“Why are they suddenly a financial professional?”

Because maybe they’re not starting over.

Maybe they’re starting forward.

And sometimes the person judging your starting point simply doesn’t understand the vision that got you there.

So excuse me if you’re standing in my way.

I’ll see you at the starting line—and I’ll help you get started. #changinglives #teambto #iam1stphorm

September is Life Insurance Month — and baby, school taught us history but skipped financial history. 😂

That’s why Team Elevate is changing lives:
Teaching what school didn’t.
Creating conversations that matter.
Helping families build with intention. 💰

Let’s rewrite the lesson. 😏

Two decisions I almost talked myself out of… and now I’m so glad I didn’t. 🔥

First, I got a coach.
Then, I stepped into financial education.

Both pushed me outside my comfort zone—and both have helped me grow.

@kenzlynne14 taught me something I needed to understand:

A trainer teaches you how.
A coach helps you become better.

Now I want to do the same in finances: educate, protect, teach, and develop leaders.

Two uncomfortable decisions. Zero regrets. #teambto #iam1stphorm #chaginglives

Couples Mastermind 2026 ❤️

Ending the year by working on what matters most our marriages, our families, and ourselves.

Before we can change the lives of others, we have to be willing to change our own. This movement is built on one belief: we have to lead from the front before we can lead others.

Grateful to be surrounded by couples who are committed to growing together and becoming better in every area of life. 🙏🏻
