POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had a great time in Spokane interviewing Heather Rosentrater! 💪
She’s the President and CEO of multibillion dollar utility company, Avista (@avistautilities), and had some great things to say about large-scale business management, the work/life balance, and much more.
The podcast episode will drop next week when I’ve finished editing it. 🙌

So happy to support #thejubileeschool at their Annual Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser Gala. The Theme this year was the Italian renaissance, and some old school pastel colored European layer cakes made an appearance, with a couple Florentine style dome cakes thrown in for fun. They were almond white cake layers with lemon crème fraiche filling, and Swiss meringue buttercream to top things off. Two of the larger cakes were even auctioned off impromptu at the end of the night to support the school! So fun, and a lovely evening overall…So grateful to Jubilee for all they do for our kids, and for their positive presence in the community!

I don’t usually post much, but I felt like this was worth sharing. This past year has been one of the hardest I’ve faced. I experienced homelessness, lost my job, got into trouble, and faced the toughest year of college yet.
Coming out on top wouldn’t have been possible without the people in my life and the things that keep me grounded. I truly don’t know where I’d be today without them.
I’ve struggled with alcohol for the past five years, and this year it took more from me than I realized at the time. Everyone in this post has made me a better person, even if they don’t know it. I wanted to show my appreciation for the people who were there for me, whether if they have been in my life for a long time or came into it when I needed them most.
I’m deeply thankful for the people who didn’t give up on me and helped me find my way back and continued to grow. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

We had a jam-packed whirlwind trip to visit cousins only hours after Ben’s graduation. We had a beach day with old friends and visited with Sam’s grandparents too. 💕
