This Sunday morning was filled with tears of joy as this girl finally left the training wheels behind! She rode her bike through the neighborhood confidently. And, as she waited for us at the stop sign, where she left us in the dust, she ran back to celebrate with us with happy tears running down her cheeks. What a moment to experience as a parent. To see your child accomplish something for the first time and feel the overwhelming sense of happiness is a moment captured in time forever. 🥹

Happy New Year! Come as you are- exhausted from working, chasing kids at the park, holiday hustle, wearing what you have on. It’s just a season. We are reminded this year that we are blessed to be exactly where we are. We have been challenged and persevered. We continue to chase what makes us happy while resting when it exhausts us. We welcome the new beginning of 2026 and all the unknowns that come with it. I pray that we continue to find joy in our blessings, accomplishments and quality time while working to strengthen our future. Cheers to happiness, health and joy to everyone in our lives. Good times at surf park summit this year at @atlanticparksurf in Virginia. Caught a few waves, we saw some old friends and made some new ones, and witnessed a whole crew of people pouring everything they’ve got into the future of surfing. Pretty cool to see it all, especially everyone's excitement about @shellpointsurfclub

And to top it off, the big boss of Shell Point, @cle.dvs spoke very eloquently and with grace on a panel of experts about land uses and development. Pretty freaking neato.

Our sweet, smiley, wild child, Riley Row started pre school today! She was so excited to get in there and play with her bestie Kaia and make new friends! Big sis was so proud of her and mom and dad too of course!

Orientation at Beymer for Riley today 😭 she’s so ready for this new adventure I could barely keep up with her! We are so excited to have Mrs Chelsea Wren as her twos teacher!
