Final Bench Shooter session of my Block 3. Goal achieved! Despite the low training volume and relatively low body weight (79 kg), I pulled it off... though I'm still lacking a bit of speed. The goal for the next block: improve my speed and put back on 2 kg of body weight—well, that’s the hope, anyway. I have 6 weeks left until the French Equipped Bench Press and Para Bench Press Championships. Stay tuned for the next update. #handisport #powerlifting #strongman #theipf #benchpress @e_monsterpower @rogueeurope @eleikofrance._ @a7intl l @a7europe @force_idf @ffforce__ @the_epf_ @theipf Coach/Prépa-Physique : moi-même 😁 Partenaire : @villedemassy Ma salle : @esmhalteromusculation
