• IT’S JUST SUMMER • You are an amazing human, don’t ever doubt it! GO OUT THERE AND MAKE AN IMPACT NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL!

• DEAR CLIENTS • this is a love letter on behalf of myself and your other favorite coaches out there!

Your presence matters in the space, it has an IMPACT. Our space is sacred and there is room for everyone to grow, to motivate, to thrive even on the challenging days. In the studio, coaches and clients are collaborators, we feed off of one another’s energy. You are not just a member, you are what keeps us alive, that keeps us motivated, and that ultimately makes us EXCITED to wake up at 3:30am daily to show up FOR YOU!

All that we ask in return is to have the same respect for us, for our craft, for or discipline, for our time. When you late cancel to class, it doesn’t allow time for those on the waitlist to make it to the studio for their own experience, it also directly affects your coaches livelihood and pay. When you late cancel or no show, your favorite coach’s unfortunately, don’t get compensated.

All in all, I want to say I LOVE being your coach, your friend, your fit fam for life. I will continue to show up, even on the hard days, and hope you do as well.

“You can either conform to the energy in the room or create the energy in the room.”

Now go out there you amazing humans and Have an epic day!

9 years at Barry’s!! Going back through all these past photos made me smile HARD. Grateful for every connection I’ve built through Barry’s and can’t wait for many more to come! ❤️ Best friends, a cross country move, my husband and more… it’s the best thing that ever happened to me.

I love fall. I love the weather, I love fall fashion (sweatah weatha), and I love doing fun things with great people!
Led a warmup for @weareshatterproof, ending the stigma of addition.
Celebrated a career milestones for my best friend @marctumminelli.
Taught a ton of classes, added Castro to my list, and have officially taught in every @barrys studio in NY State.
Joined the producing team of @saturdaychurchmusical and celebrated opening with my faves!
Ate at @hillstonerestaurants a few too may times!
Celebrated @robertjwhelan’s (insert age) birthday and @empirecakenyc came through!
Was lucky enough to be present for @seanmartinnyc ‘s 2000th class!
Sadly bid “farewell for now” to my Barry’s Roslyn 6pm-ers! (I’ll be back!)
Made Pizzas with @lanipani4 and family! (Yes I made that).
Celebrated Halloween dressed as my playlist - (Gay AF)
Had some superstars in class! And got to take a whole bunch of amazing new (to me) instructors. (I thought Burlingame was in Vermont).
Saw 4 @wholeartistmanagement clients star and SHINE in shows! (@monicatuliaramirez @cryskellogg @ameliacormack @lincolnclauss )
Landing in Palm Springs now for a much needed, hopefully not toooo crazy, weekend with @garyenoksen @edpittman1 @mglabz @jccastro_nyc & @elizaacohen

Feeling happy, feeling the love, and ready for these holidays!!
