Q1- I’m grateful for the duality… it’s a blessing. Cus I went through some rough times that really felt like the wind was kicked outta me… but that didn’t stop the good from rolling in! I’m so super grateful that God continues to show me that no matter how the cards are dealt I have a COMMUNITY of people that ROLL behind me. And without hesitation! Knowing that has been instrumental for me in this season of new kinds of challenges.

Baby when I say this 1st quarter tried to give it to me? Please believe it! But my community showed up in so many ways that I needed and many ways I didn’t expect! FREE cruises, spontaneously opening up their homes to me cus I travel how I travel, literally throwing their keys at me to get things handled when I pop in town, pixie cuts, prayers, furniture, food, finger waves, grace, love, joy, advice, encouragement… soooo much good that no matter how long this paragraph gets, yall ain’t gon fully grasp it. It’s even crazier that no one person knows every thing I’ve dealt with/ dealing with… they are just here! Fueling my joy! It just makes the out pouring of love so much more special to me. I appreciate yall so much! I’m thankful. Rested. Excited! Sooooo grateful! Soooo chocolate 🤭And Thickk (again)🥰. I’m headed back to work after my annual winter reset and I’m good and available in every way to take on what’s next. I love yall down.

I’ve been all over on the land and the water these past three months… figure it out chile I can’t tag all them places and things 😁

2 days until forever… 2 days until I become Mrs. Nimox.

Counting down the moments, soaking in the love, the prayers, and the excitement as we prepare to say I do.

The beginning of our greatest chapter starts now. 💍✨

One year ago, on this day, along the serene waters of Bayou Bonfouca, glistening lights lit up the spot where time stood still. There we were, admiring the beauty of our surroundings, under the sight of God. I’ll never forget to my surprise, turning around and you being on one knee with the biggest smile on your face as you asked me to marry you … It was in that moment we made a promise to one another as an excited and passionate “YES” continued our journey into a lifetime of love, friendship, and happiness.

The countdown to forever continues, carrying our love, our legacy, and our cherished memories.

Transition can be hard, but sometimes it's what is really needed.

For the last 3+ years, I have spent at least 4 days a week at this location of @earndatbodynola. It was super convenient, and I enjoyed my gym family.

I have it down to the minute in the morning. Drop off the big girl and next Atlas. I am usually rushing to get to class for 9 am. The gym is one of the things I am most consistent with in my daily life. No matter what is going on in my personal life, the gym was always 7 min from home and 2 min from work.

The trainers at the gym probably don't realize how much impact they have on some of our lives. We depend on you guys for structure and consistency (no pressure). I am grateful to every ounce of self that is given @higherjaaz @moeflippen @fitwitbritt504 @gohardjoe
@jennifferbatistaa @goodgenergy @jasz__fitness @wewantcoachmo

The move to the new location is going to be a hard transition, but one that I think is needed. It's time for an existence outside of our comfort zone.

Definitely feeling some changes coming

I had a sentimental caption, but IG said it was too long 🤷🏾‍♀️🙈💖 so I’ll highlight each of these amazing people over time for sure! Until then, I APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU for the integral role you played in my road to nationals and are still playing during my national reign and beyond 👑🫶
