Swipe for some highlights from the NAACP Martha’s Vineyard Branch x @obamafoundation: @mbk_alliance Mixer Event at Black Joy House. 🖤🍽️ This was a collaborative effort led by the NAACPMV Juneteenth Committee Co-Chairs Jennelle Gadowski and Chef Canieka Fleming in order to provide an opportunity for the 8 young men from Boston and Chicago of the Martha’s Vineyard Culinary Careers Accelerator Program and the participating BIPOC Chefs of @naacpmv’s 2nd Annual Taste of Juneteenth event to gather, meet each other, eat, share advice, and pair up ahead of the event. Thank you to Juli Vanderhoop of @orangepeelbakery, @chefcanieka, Chef Deon Thomas of @chefdeonmv, Chef Lacey Williams of @nymanzmv, Chef Kev of @cookingwithkevie, and Chef Ralston of @edgartowndiner & @11_circuitrestaurantbar for helping us provide an assortment of delicacies! 📸 & 📹Jennelle Gadowski #BlackJoy #BlackBoyJoy #NAACP #NAACPMV #ObamaFoundation #MyBrothersKeeperAlliance #Culinary #CulinaryArts #Community #BlackExcellence #BlackCulture #BlackCommunity #BlackOwnedBusiness #BlackJoyMVY #BlackJoyHouse #BlackJoyFoodLove #MVBlackOwned #BIPOC #OakBluffs #MarthasVineyard #MVY #Neope #Chefs #ChefsLife #ChefsOfInstagram #Food #Foodie #FoodPorn
