Things keeping me sane lately: movement, the beach, my girls ✨🌸🌴 it’s been one month since the craziest and most unexpected life change but I have so many things in my life to be grateful for and so many people who love me ✨💕 too blessed to be stressed ♥️🦋

A total “I see you, you see me” moment at the @lululemon Summer Series ♥️

We invited some of our favorite teachers for an exclusive class, and it was not only such a beautiful bonding experience, but so needed 🥹 As teachers in this community, there are so many eyes, opinions, and pressures on us… so it felt really freakin good to move & breathe together 🫂

Moments like this are such a reminder to stay humble, stay kind, and continue pouring into yourself so you’re able to pour into others. That’s truly the purpose of this work & LIFE 🪽

Anywaysss, this was my favorite event thus far, and there’s soooo much more to come 🥲 I love this community so much and the people who make what we do feel so rewarding. Thank you to all of the incredible teachers who showed up and made this so special 🤍 Love y’all 🌟
