HITT 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 + RUN RECAP

Another one in the books! We showed up, put in the work, and left it all on the pavement. From the high-intensity intervals to the run, everybody pushed past their limits and proved that consistency beats excuses every time.

Big shoutout to everyone who came out and gave 100%. If you missed this one, don’t make that mistake again—we’re building stronger bodies, stronger minds, and a stronger community one workout at a time.
