We just had too!!!!!!!🙌🤣

And there are about a million outtakes because we just wanted to keep shaken it👏!
We may have been sweating more than we were during the vinyasa practice that came before this!

I love the fearless, playful energy we share and bring out in each other!
Keep dancing!

You’re always welcome to Stay & Play with us after our Friday 9:30 AM class!

Our hearts are so full!! Our sweetest Stay & Play yet. 🦋💕🍼

It’s so beautiful how things unfold and connections form.

Some of our Free To Be community gathered today to surround our lovely Candyce with love and the sweetest energy as she prepares to welcome her baby.

So many beautiful souls contribute to this community.

Although not everyone could be there physically, their hearts and love were most definitely present

This little one is already so loved by her F2B aunties!

Aspire to be the woman who turned her pain & life lessons into purpose.
Who took every lesson life handed her and used it to rise, heal, and help other women do the same.
The woman who chose purpose over bitterness and transformation over staying stuck.❤️🌈

Somehow it has been 12 weeks and we no longer have a newborn anymore. I’m not sure how since I thought we would always have a newborn??? And I’m pretty sure it’s still the beginning of April. I no longer have night sweats and I’m no longer covered in milk (well not as much anyway). Our little boy can turn his head side to side and has discovered his hands can touch things and is nonstop smiles and “talking” all day long. I feel much more like a person until I go into a big social setting and then I feel like I should probably just stay in bed with my baby. Sometimes we get 20k steps a day and sometimes I sleep in and cuddle my boy in bed and think about how precious every single moment is. To watch another human develop minute by minute is the most incredible thing and my favorite thing I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes I think I still don’t really know who I am anymore and other times I am in tears from how beautiful and miraculous life is. My friend sent me a photo of her newborn with his long little newborn nails and I said to Jordan “let’s rewind 12 weeks and do it all over again!!!” But not really because every day brings something new, a new expression or sound or movement or level of awareness. Postpartum has made me so grateful for the way that hard things allow us to feel even more joy. At points I’ve felt like “this is way too much how can I handle this” but then my boy reaches for my face for the first time or falls asleep when I sing to him and it just all melts away. I have never experienced anything more rewarding and nourishing. I can’t believe that soon we’ll have a 3 month old 😭

Oh man… my heart is still so full.

The beautiful texts, messages I’ve received about this event have meant more than I can put into words. I will be sharing more from our incredible 2nd Annual Ignite the Light Summer Solstice Event over the next few days… I am already setting the date ahead for next year as requested so stay tuned 😘☀️✨

Hearing how deeply this evening touched so many people has filled my cup beyond words.

We truly are a ripple effect!

Each of us holds incredible value. Friday night there wasn’t one ounce of judgment only encouragement, acceptance, and community. Our breath, our intentions, and our movement became our mantra as we flowed through this mala of 108 Sun Salutations.

We supported one another, cared deeply, laughed freely, danced, breathed , and leaned into wholeness and connection.

The community of Free To Be Yoga & Movement, always say “Do what you can. No less. No more.”And that’s exactly what everyone honored. Some surprised themselves this year! Some practiced a few rounds, some completed all 108, and every single person belonged. Our Freedom begins the moment we stop chasing results and start living our purpose.

Surrounded by joy, deep-rooted intention, and the beauty of community, we welcomed summer together.

Thank you for being part of something so incredibly special. My heart is overflowing. 🌸

Most definitely a collective of support and love
A special thank you too
