POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
I know this is not appropriate content for Instagram, ‘reels have to be less than 60 seconds’ and all that. But I spent a week writing this essay for the @_bsme Young Writer’s Competition, titled ‘tell us about something you love’, only to get a response many months later saying ‘you’re not getting a prize, or short listed but you did get long listed’. Which I assume is short for that was utter shite. But all it’s done is rain today and I have nothing else to show you, so best of luck. #runfluencer #runningcommunity #runningmotivation #runninglife #runningismytherapy PS: this is true story that @huzsc tried to name me Running Fast, gutted my parents didn’t pull through.

Girls, I’m being vulnerable, please don’t be alarmed. I am beyond proud to say I am a runner up for the BSME Young Writer’s Prize 2026. Out of just off 900 entries, and quite a few stages of judging I’ve made it to the end and I can’t believe it. Writing is extremely important to me and I feel that it is something that I cannot let pass me by. I really hope this is the start of something special. The opportunities that will come from this are incomprehensible and I cannot wait to grab them by the balls (or horns) - whichever you prefer ;) A million thank yous to everyone at @_bsme and especially to @mscaitlinmoran - I hope I made you laugh https://www.bsme.com/ywp26-callum-hudson Read my entry here or click the link in my bio. https://www.bsme.com/young-writers-prize See here for my name on the list!! So Elle Woods. #writer #writing #youngwritersprize #memoir

🤸🏼‍♀️ Why designing for a Naturist magazine (when I’m not a Naturist) is the best type of creative collaboration… 8 years ago the opportunity came along to become the designer of the @british_naturism magazine, I had two thoughts: 1. Is Naturism something to do with nature? 2. Oh no, it’s not*, however this sounds much more interesting, now I’m curious. *naturist vs naturalist - easy mistake to make. Designing a magazine is a dream project in itself, and then throw in a brand new subject I’d never really heard of and all of a sudden you’ve got yourself a juicy job in the making. My main goal with any design project is always about sparking curiosity for the audience - the ability to take a subject (that I/you might not know much about) and turn it into something that makes you want to look twice and ultimately find out more. That’s where my drive for designing the BN magazine comes in… I’m not a Naturist but the excitement and passion that comes across from the folk in the magazine for Naturism is so intriguing, you can’t help but be inquisitive about the topic. Each edition leaves me wanting to design in a much more thoughtful way - if I’m not sure about a topic (i.e I’m not a Naturist) then I need to learn about the subject and express it through design in a way that makes the reader want to know more. If my designs can help spark that little bit of curiosity then that’s a job well done. Until the next time of course, and then the whole process starts again… time to get my ‘Oo that’s interesting’ cap on as we start work on the 250th anniversary edition! ✨
