MOMS. Before you spend $47 at Target on another Halloween activity… 🎃👀

You probably already have everything you need to make this at home. 🧪✨

We’re talking glittery, spooky, swirly potion bottles that your kids will be OBSESSED with. And the best part? It’s ridiculously easy.

All you need:
🧪 Baking soda
🧪 Vinegar
🧪 Glitter
🧪 Clear glue
🧪 Water
🧪 A container with a tight-fitting lid

A little Halloween magic without another trip to the store. 🪄

📌 SAVE this for the next rainy afternoon, school holiday, or “MOM I’M BORED” emergency.

👻 SEND this to the mom who’s already running out of October activities.

Made with a little magic from @_byoparty_ at @nestandnookny

A little spooky, a little messy, and a whole lot of MAGIC! 🧪🎃✨

Our little potion makers were hard at work brewing up some Halloween magic at nest & nook! From colorful concoctions to bubbling surprises, this was the kind of hands-on fun that makes childhood so special. 🫧💜

A huge thank you to BYO Party for bringing the magic to the loft! We loved creating this experience together.

👀 Who thinks we should do more events like this?!

What a day in Sleepy Hollow. 🎶🍂🧡

nest & nook got to spend the day in the Kids Zone at the Sleepy Hollow Music Festival, surrounded by so many great local vendors, activities, music, costumes, treats and LOTS of little festival-goers.

Our job for the day? Take care of the parents, too. 🤍

We brought a little piece of the nook with us and set up a Parent Convenience Station with the things you inevitably need once you’ve packed up the kids and made it out the door: bug repellent stickers, sunscreen, hair ties, toilet seat covers, bandages, hand sanitizer and a few other “oh thank goodness” essentials. And, of course, we brought FREE PLAY for the kids. 🙌

Between the Headless Horseman riding through, checking out our Kids Zone neighbors, grabbing some zeppole, dancing to live music and watching families come through our space all day, this felt like such a fun way to bring what nest & nook is all about out into the community.

And that sunset over the Hudson to close out the day? 🌅 Pretty hard to beat.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to play, say hi, grab something from the parent station or tell a friend about the nook. We loved meeting so many of you. 🫶
