(Long Fermentation)

Deeply influenced by Italian cuisine, @_byperry loves bringing back seeds from her trips to Italy to grow on her own farm. One of her seasonal highlights is the pumpkin ravioli it’s done in a way only she can, turning a classic into something beautifully her own. For her restaurant, @pattini.eg, she keeps things fresh with a seasonal menu that celebrates authentic flavours ✨
