Somewhere between interviews, team meetings, opening shifts, closing shifts, and the occasional “who forgot to order…?” moments…

They’ve become more than just my employees. They’ve become more than just coworkers.

We’ve celebrated birthdays, talked each other through hard seasons, laughed until we cried, survived the chaos that comes with running a busy studio, and somehow still choose to hang out together outside of studio hours

When I dreamed about owning a business, I thought about building a great team. I didn’t realize I’d end up building friendships that would become one of my favorite parts of this journey.

They’re the people who make the long days lighter, celebrate every win like it’s their own, remind me not to take life too seriously, and somehow convince me that taking “just one picture” actually requires 147 attempts.

The studio wouldn’t be what it is without them, and honestly… neither would I.

Turns out the best thing I’ve built wasn’t just a business—it was finding people who make showing up every day feel like spending time with friends.

(Still not sure how any work actually gets done when we have this much fun. 🤍)

THANK YOU GOD! 🤍🙌🏽 There are not enough words or explanation to describe how much God has WORKED & BLESSED the last 3 years of my college life with The Cowley Tigerettes! He ALWAYS had a plan to place the most amazing coach and the most kindhearted girls I have ever met! God truly graced me with the absolute best people in my life.
